LandlordMax Property Rental Software User Review

Having used LandlordMax for over 6 months, I can say that two words best describe this property rental software - powerful and easy. Even though I am a complete beginner to property management software, I was able to use it right out of the box.

LandlordMax is a highly polished rental property software and I didn't find any bugs or anything that was semi-working.

This is hardly surprising considering that they have bug fixes and software updates almost every month. And it certainly helps that you get a full year of free updates with every purchases.

The only little issue I had with LandlordMax is its report generator - I was honestly overwhelmed with the massive number of reports and it took me some time to figure out which were the ones I really needed.

This was the only time I had to turn to the manual for help. However once I got used to it, the report generator turned out to be an invaluable helper. Whenever I keep tabs on my rental properties, I just have to fire it up and pick the right report.

Is LandlordMax worth the money? It's a yes for me because it does a good job of what a property rental software is expected to do... which is to save me time and energy by making landlord accounting and tenant management a breeze.
