Landlord Manager Pro Review - Poor Service

I purchased Landlord Manager Pro from VisionBase. The trial was okay but there were problems in getting it set up.

It's very basic for the price and reasonably straight forward, but you can't enter simple information like your mortgage details. Other items such as setting up tenant details or contacts can make you can go round in circles.

After 30 days, you will need to request another key. This is where much of the problems started. It took several days to sort this out and only after I asked for a refund did this get resolved. Their service is very poor indeed. I would not recommend them to anyone and I am trying to claim a refund.

If I have further software problems in the future, I will only foresee more difficulties ahead! Therefore I'm looking for a different software program now.

Well done Daniel, by posting this info! I can't believe or have never expected such service from Landlord Manager Team at least. It's natural, if we'll encounter any problem then to look for the assistance of the service provider. Really poor service! The report holding the tenant info means a lot for the landlord and one can let it spoiled. Landlords should go for the property managers and let them handle all the problems. Terrible software so many bugs and errors our agency has lost all trust in the software. Customer service is terrible and at times rude and of course all errors blamed on user. Do not waste time and money on this.

Ever since we installed Landlord Manager we have had problems with its functionality. It never did the job we purchased it for.

After over 6 months of problems we requested a refund, but were refused on the basis that there would be upgrades coming. We were told that we were not proficient enough in accounting, which is why we could not use it properly. If we were accountants we would not have needed this software in the first place.

The customer service and training were inadequate. We have had to purchase other software, which functions properly.
