When to use this notice: If you are a landlord or property manager who wants to end a periodic tenancy (week to week, month to month lease).
For most areas, you will need to give your tenants this written notice 30 days in advance before you can reclaim your property. However other areas have more tenant-friendly laws and you are required to give them a 60 day notice instead.
If you have a fixed term tenancy, then you're not be allowed to end
your lease unless both parties agree to it. If your tenant is agreeable
as well, then you should use our mutual lease termination agreement
instead.
